It’s one thing to pose with a fake Presidential Seal and make yourself look like a complete fool to the American Public. Not to mention all the Democratic voters who wanted Hillary Clinton for President…and voted for her instead of you.

It’s another to promise one thing to Senator McCain regarding fund raising and then go back on your word, isn’t it? These things are troubling. Very, very troubling.

The best story comes out of Aspen, Colorado from The Aspen Times… this morning. Don’t miss this read! The last few grafs are priceless. I hate to be the spoiler, but the writer Addison Garner nails it:

There is also the no small matter of your forged Birth Certificate? It’s only a tad alarming, to any thinking voter. No, make that VERY alarming. Where is your REAL Birth Certificate? And, it certainly is audacious to think you could hope your way through this one now, no? It seems to me that our Government ought to intervene on this. Something seems wrong, doesn’t it? And since when is it up to a blogger to produce a document for you?

Over at Stop-Obama.org they have this up regarding the “Birth Certificate” matter.

Funny, The DNC sent a fundraising letter. It arrived yesterday. But, you aren’t getting one cent. Not a cent. Hillary Clinton was our candidate of choice, not you. You aren’t going to get any money and you aren’t going to get support, or our votes around here. Even the wording in the letter was bogus. I quote from your letter:

“We’re the party of a man who told us the only thing we had to fear was fear itself; and who faced down fascism and liberated a continent from tryanny”

Well, I think that is going to happen. John McCain is going to LIBERATE us from YOU! He will!

You see, you’ve tried to pull off some very strange things in this election, already. Haven’t you?

Why didn’t you stick to what you told John McCain about financing? It’s not as if the public hasn’t noticed, is it? Or how about the FEC? How about the FEC and all the things that happened this year, especially when it was “on shut down.” Maybe we ought to refresh our memory over at Democracy21.org, and then watch a little film on all of this, no? Concerned Americans want to know more about your involvement regarding this whole issue, don’t we?

Perhaps we should revisit something that the head of Democracy21.org said back in 1999, from the NYT:

A New Form of Soft Money Belies Much Talk of Reform

”…The problem with these PAC’s is their Cayman Islands quality,” said Fred Wertheimer, the president of Democracy 21, a public policy organization here. ”Secret, unlimited money is about as dangerous as you can get in American politics in terms of corrupting the system.”

See, the whole problem a lot of us are having? It’s all about your CHARACTER! You thought people were just going to love your little hopey, unity, message didn’t you?

Except, no, what we wanted to see this year was CHARACTER! In the candidates for President of the United States. Because it COUNTS! So do ETHICS, don’t they?

You know, you seem FAUX and McCain seems GREAT! to this now ex-Democrat.

I know who I’m going to vote for now, strictly on CHARACTER, after what you pulled on Hillary Clinton, what you have pulled in terms of fundraising, how you broke your word to John McCain, how you allowed a forged Birth Certificate to appear in the web, and made a cheesy PRESIDENTIAL SEAL way in advance of even being named a nominee in Denver.

Don’t expect any unity from this voter, EVER! McCain will get my vote. Here is why:

Funny, just how are you going to let your biggest meanest supporter get her “greasy fix” all cooked up out of those things when you have no plans to serve fried things. Let’s try and dream up a menu for the DNC.

Maybe you better get going on that Birth Certificate deal. especially before you declare yourself the nominee like you did in that letter that just came, no?

I’m going to ask you to take me seriously.  When I say “Dear John” I refer to all the males of the Democratic Party, which I no longer consider “my party.”

I’ve just seen how savage the Patriarchy actually is, in terms of Hillary Clinton.  And I know you are a rogue.

What has happened to Hillary Clinton is SAVAGE.  The Democratic Party can FUCK OFF.

You make a new Party.  You are the only one that can, right now.  You solve the war front.  Hillary will solve the home front.  If we ever needed a moment of Nationalism, it’s right now.  The two of you could do it.

I don’t need those dumbell left wingers any more than you need the far right.  Ethics? You’ve got them in spades on that FEC deal, don’t you?  Thank you for that, and I love and respect you.  Roe v Wade?  Ask Cindy.  She’ll help you realize what we fought for.  You know, I almost voted for you last time.  Damn.

Considering the fact that Clinton WON here in California, it seems a little odd, in fact, even a bit desperate on Pelosi’s part. I read this last night over at Political Intelligence out of Boston.

Pelosi: Nomination fight won’t go to convention

“….Pelosi, the California congresswoman who is chairwoman of the Democratic National Convention in late August, said if necessary, she will “step in” to resolve the nomination fight by late June.

“Because we cannot take this fight to the convention,” she said in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle’s editorial board published today. “It must be over before then…”

Well, this just makes a fellow Californian wonder why she would be in such a big fat hurry. I wondered if maybe she had something to hide? Beyond such a flagrant dislike for Hillary Clinton. It’s been difficult to watch women from California not act out of FEMINIST causes in this election process. In fact, I consider their actions to be quite treasonous to FEMINIST ideology, in general. But that is beside the point. I have deep concerns about how Hillary Clinton has been treated by Democrats across the board in what is perhaps the most important election of our lifetimes. Hmmmm. She’s an Italian-American. What irony. I wonder if she took offense at Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s comment about “Garlic Noses.” Perhaps she should, no? All Americans found that offensive. Given this article on contemporary Afrocentrism, there might be a thing or two that Pelosi should inform herself about. In the meantime, I’m curious about a couple of things about Ms. Pelosi and that “haste” of hers. She is a public servant after all. And a member of the Democratic Party, no? This article off of SFgate seems a little skewed to me. I wonder what Poll they are referencing?

Clinton falls behind Obama in state, poll says

I don’t think so. Many, many women support Hillary Clinton. If you read this article from the Politico, you’ll see why.

White women cold toward Obama

There is NO EROSION of support for the candidate California voted for in the primary. My sense is that Politico is right on the money. Perhaps, Ms. Pelosi intended all along to see the Feminist vote go Pro-McCain. Because, that is what will happen come Fall. The ideologies and associations of an unvetted, opportunistic, target-marketed, Janus faced candidate have not gone unnoticed by Democratic women, Ms. Pelosi. I shall refer you to Rezko, et al. But back to you, for a moment.

It has been a tremendous concern that the FEC is “closed” right now. Because, without the FEC monitoring things in Washington, questionable events regarding fundraising undertaken during this primary need exploration, don’t they?

Democrats are really looking to have our next President be ethical, and so you see, anything resembling unethical behavior is entirely suspect to the American electorate. It seems you have an interest in ethics yourself. According to the wikipedia you introduced something called the “Honest Leadership and Open Government Act” to Congress, didn’t you?

It’s those PACS and 501’s and 527’s that are concerning many Democratic Women at present. Perhaps you would like to have Hillary Clinton exit because many of us feel she has high ethical standards, Ms. Pelosi? Perhaps she can have some role in reinstating a broken FEC?

Don’t you feel that the FEC is going to take a seminal role in politics in the future because of the ability to do fund raising on the internet in such unprecedented ways? We do.
