here was a comment by Brandy, on this post!
“…Obama gaffes again–this time Hanford.
Hanford is the most polluted site in the US, and happens to be located in the Pacific Northwest.
Obama also voted to clean the site in a 2005 bill.
But when asked by a young woman what he planned to do about Hanford–since it is so polluted, and a clean up would provide a boost to the local economy–he admitted that he was unfamiliar with Hanford.
First, just three years ago he voted on a bill to clean up the site. Second, he was stumping in the Pacific Northwest.
The man didn’t do his homework in the Senate, and he didn’t do his homework before his stump in the Pacific Northwest.
Intellectually lazy and unqualified are understatements.

California hates nuclear. We want solar and wind power.
Obama isn’t right for California, no matter how glossily the media has portrayed him here. Know the truth before Super Tuesday.
Only Hillary Clinton is against it until “waste storage and other problems are solved,” according to this chart.

Which candidate is right for California and America? The candidate named Hillary Clinton. She will fix the problems we face. Don’t put your trust in candidates who want more nuclear. Go solar, wind, green and save the planet!
Why didn’t we see what the New York Times covered out here, Los Angeles Times?
We need you to cover this.

If you’re a smart Democrat, and an inclusive Democrat be Pro-Hillary Clinton. A HOUSE DIVIDED CANNOT STAND.
May 20, 2008
Do the right thing. You know who the Democratic Party is. We care for all, regardless of skin color, income status, religious views or gender. We are a great party. Post civil rights Dems base their ideology on FDR, at least Clinton Democrats do.
We aren’t Communists or Socialists. We just want the best for people. All America’s People. Just the basic things.
Do you care about America as a whole? Then you are an FDR style Democrat.
Do you care about helping humanity? Then you are a Clinton Democrat.
Are Feminist values important to you? Then you are a Clinton Democrat.
Are Equal Rights important to you? Then you are a Clinton Democrat.
Are Civil Rights important to you? Then you are a Clinton Democrat.
Are Green jobs and environmental causes important to you? Then you are a Clinton Democrat.
Do not be a Corporate Democrat. That would make you like the Republicans.
Republicans will never fix outsourced jobs, or health care for the poor.
The country is in very bad shape right now. Everyone can see it, from little towns to big sprawling cities. We need a Democrat in the White House who will address these things before it all gets worse. This time, vote with your heart, for someone that can help heal all the ills America faces.
Are we going to be a Third World country from now on? Have we lost all of the ideals of Western Civilization?
Democrats in Hillary’s era and demographic are a huge group of people. Nearly everyone worked together on social issues, like Civil Rights, Peace Corps, feed the world, and those things. All the women fought for women’s issues. Never have we seen such virulent hate spew forth, towards women, than in this election. Even if you have not supported a woman candidate in the past, if you are a woman, this matters. This matters to post 70’s feminists.
Women’s rights in this country have been eroding steadily under Republican leadership.
Please vote the safest way, for all of us right now. Please vote for Hillary Clinton. Please vote to restore morality and civility in this country. Please vote the FEMINIST ticket. Then we can breathe a collective sigh of relief. If not? You will see the Democratic Party split up along racial and gender lines. It will take many years to repair the damage that has been done during this election. Take the middle way. Please vote for Hillary Clinton. Please, vote for SOLUTIONS for our country. It’s not too late.
Please keep the Democratic party together. A House divided cannot stand. That is true. We have watched our beloved Democratic Party become a house divided before our very eyes, during this election. If we lose our Party, times will get a lot harder in this country.
Choose the Democrat with the most experience, and the most solutions. Choose the Democrat who stands firm for everyone in the Democratic Party. It’s not a New Party, it’s an old party. When the party sticks together as a group, we move mountains. Divide us? Tell us the working classes aren’t important? Tell us you think some people are more important than others? Then you destroy what the Democratic party has been, since FDR.
Please, remember this. Keep the Party together, by voting for Hillary Clinton. She is our only hope right now. For everybody in the Party. If you think times are bad now? Watch them get worse without her. You will see the party split before your very eyes. Dems who are older and wiser know this.
A HOUSE DIVIDED CANNOT STAND. A PARTY TORN APART BY VITRIOL CANNOT STAND.
During the Clinton years, we had PEACE and we had PROSPERITY in our country.
Let’s get those things back. We have too much to face on the globe with the global warming crisis.
Hillary Clinton can put us back on the road to Peace, and Prosperity. Please make the right choice. Don’t split the Party. Please heal the horror of the rift we have just witnessed during our lifetimes.
